How long does the 99+ 2.5RS clutch last??

I test drove a 99 RS and it had a slipping clutch. And I noticed another member with the same poblem. Whats going on here. They are not suppose to wear out that fast.

My 300HP Z had a better clutch life.

Thanks.

i can blow a clutch on a new car in less than 15 min. you properly drove your z and had no problems with the clutch. the story with the awd subies is that when you would be spining the tires on 2 wheel drive cars the extra traction will put more strain on the clutch. drive a subie right and the clutch should last a long time. keep looking for a car with a good clutch if the 1st owner beat on the clutch what condition is the rest of the car in?
