Please help cobb v2 ecu problem!

So I just received installed my motor with mod list below.
I have received my basemap from torqued performance and it ran good for about an hour and a half while I drive it home. Then the next morning the ap showed recovery mode (I accidentally left it plugged in) so I uninstalled, and when I tried to reinstall it couldn't communicate with ecu. And the fuel pump would not stop priming! So I figured I bricked it and went and found another ecu. I just reflashed my basemap on to it and it completed perfectly. Now SAME THING. Fuel pump primes and primes and primes. Car does not start and access port cannot connect to my car. Has anyone ever had this happen to them?
