I couldn't find anything on 07, but 06 should be close enough:

You can download the manuals in electronic form directly from Subaru, for a $34.95 subscription fee.

Getting it from the source will ensure you get the correct manual with the latest revisions.

That's exactly how I got the manual for my 05 Nissan Titan. One small fee + right-click-saveas = one hell of a deal!

You can download part or all of the manual in pdf segments, as well as any applicable TSB's you select.
There is a time limit of 72 hours so you need to set aside some time and have a good broadband connection.

Thanks for the suggestion. This is exactly what I ended up doing. It took some time since you are limited to 50 PDF's per hr, but I had most of it done the first day. I ended up with all the info I needed for my 2.5i, the training manuals, and the body repair manual as well. The body repair manual was actually part of the 2006 service manual. Most definitely worth the $35 you pay.
