Fouled spark plugs after tune?

Are you suppose to change the spark plugs after you install a new tune? Or before? I've seem to have fouled my plugs with my new etune from PDX .... It started misfiring after a couple days of driving with the new tune.

Ideally the car should be in top shape before you start tuning, as to isolate potential problems (case in point here).

Misfiring doesn't nececarily mean plugs, and especially post-tune I'd look toward the the tune (and tuner) for issues.
