accessport or swaybars??

hey guys! so i'm a little stuck on what to do on my car right now. I am currently driving a 2014 wrx sedan, and i am still under warranty
I definitely do want to upgrade my car but i do not know which route to go with first,
should i go with front+rear sway bars + front and rear end links? or
Cobb access port with a stage 1 tune?
i'm only daily driving this and slight spirited driving but nothing crazy like Auto X or tracking. what would you guys recommend and why?

thanks for your guys' help! appreciate it !

Get both lol

My philosophy is that its always better to do brakes and suspension first. The car already has power, add parts to handle better, then when you add more power you wont lose control.

I went power then suspension. But I notice I'm slowly spending more money on suspension mods than power mods now. It's crazy to see the difference in performance when you continue to add suspension mods.
