You need remove the shift trim. Just grab the shift trim by the area back of the shift boot and push it back and slightly up it will snap right out. It's held by 2 clips. You can then move the trim out of the way to remove the 2 bottom screws that hold the radio trim in place. Remove those 2 screws and you can pull the radio trim out. Start from top, you will need a flat head to get one corner pryed out enough. Just put tape on the flathead so you dont scratch the trim. The radio trim is held in by clips.
