i don't care what you people say about DSL. DSL worked since the day netzero stop letting me used my banner removal mod. i think that was 2001? The only times i had issues with DSL where when the tsunami hit Southeast Asia (2004-5) and sometime last year when the line degraded and had to be replace. But internet connection is consistent and i'm happy about it.

my internet connection isn't the fastest in the world, but i am able to use BT, play COD without lag and i pay like 20 bucks for it? i say its a pretty awesome value.

1 sniper
Primary Weapon-Mosin-Nagant/ sniper scope (high powered with a good scope)
Side Arm-Walther P38 Semi-automatic is good for close range in tense situations
Primary Grenade-Frag
Special Grenade-Smoke if a spot get to hot smoke it up and get out of there
Perk 1-Bouncing Betty x 2 listen because if they explode be ready for a firefight
Perk 2-Stopping power one shot one kill
Perk 3-Second Chance again call out enemy position before you die
Vehicle Perk-Doesn’t matter
2 Close Quarters
Primary Weapon- Thompson/silencer/round drum you don’t want to show up on enemy radar if you’re near them
Side arm-Colt M1911 high capacity to for more hits on the enemy
Primary Grenade-Frag throw it into a room to get rid of bouncing Betties or enemies
Special Grenade- Tabun Gas
Perk 1-Bomb Squad
Perk 2-Camouflage, Shades, Gas Mask
Perk 3-Second Chance, Extreme Conditioning, Steady Aim
Vehicle Perk-Doesn’t Matter
2 Riflemen
Primary Weapon- M1 Grand or Gewehr 43 with either flash hider (silencer) or Rifle Grenade
Side arm-Tokarev TT-33
Special Grenade- Match up with the Close quarters partner that you are with if he has shades use Signal flare/ Gas mask use Tabun Gas

A sniper should be in a good spot with a good overall view of the map paired up with the Heavy-machine-gunner who is watching his back. A riflemen and a Close Quarters should be together and should stay out of open areas. One group should be ninja (Camouflage and silenced) the other should be aggressive (stopping power and round drum)
Clearing rooms
Before clearing a room all possible hazards such as bouncing betty’s and C4s should be taken out then a riflemen should blind one corner and clear the opposite while his/her CQ should clear the corner he/she just blinded. This will work most of the time but the other team will catch on so be ready.
This should help you and your team get some kills and excel at Call of Duty WAW good luck.

strategy is key in s&d games . not so much in other modes
just learn to use your iron sights and always put a silencer on. go downsights before turning corners or just walk and blind fire. as long as your xhairs is there it will hit with steady aim. also whoever has the better connection has that few frames of advantage. yea the game kinda sucks like that.
the perk i always use is stopping power, steady aim or matyrdom on smaller maps. bandolier if you are ninja stylez and stay alive.
your best bet to kills are random nades. learn the jump toss technique

Unless the sniper can predict where the next HQ point is going to be, get there before it spawns, find a spot that has clear unobstructed view of the HQ (which btw it's usually behind something), and pick off everyone (being is every damn sniper rifle is bolt action, unless you put a scope on a semi-auto rifle, which i must remind you, is NOT a 1 shot kill like the bolt actions) with a bolt action reload and hold off the enemy until your guys get there.......
Then yes... you should have a sniper in HQ
