V-mount or I-mount?

V-mount or I-mount?

Here is what was installed:

- Power Enterprise Cool Power V (V-Mount ARC I/C, ARC Radiator, M/T cooler, P/S cooler)
- Injen Cold Air Intake
- APS Turbo Inlet Pipe
- AVO Actuator

Also already installed:
- Tomei Exhaust Manifold
- 3 inch TBE
- Perrin lightweight crank pulley

In terms of driving, wow what a difference. The turbo is hitting full boost of 1.7-1.8 bar in 5th gear @ 3100RPM and now can manage 1.2 bar @ 7000RPM. There is no additional lag whatsoever, in fact it has reduced (previously hit full boost of 1.5bar @ 3500rpm)

The new intake goodies are probably making the car run a bit leaner, which is a good thing as my car was running very rich previously (10:1). The new actuator also helps, boost is spiking quite a bit though (1.8 bar) so in need of a tune. The car feels 300WHP now (270WHP last dyno), it has an Autronic ECU now installed with road tune on Monday...

First pictures:

I/C up close...

Before work began with the front bumper removed...note the position of the engine oil cooler in front of the A/C condenser and radiator at the bottom on the drivers side...you can also see the power steering cooler (pipes shaped like a rectangle) directly above the oil cooler

New Manual Transmission (top) and Power Steering (bottom) Cooler...

Front on view with V-mount installed and intake parts installed...note the repositioned engine oil cooler...
