Well the thing is proper seating posistion. You should be using your elbows and forearms rather than having your arms fully extended when driving. I think this person was sitting way to close.

His passenger was sitting G-ride style with a harness on and thats why she slipped threw the harness. Not to mention she was a pretty heavy set female. About 170lbs.
