yeah, it was a restaurant called "CUT", it is one of Wolfgang Puck's. holy crap! 7 years worth of noodles? american life has spoiled me.......dont get me wrong, i aint loaded or anything (just look at the city i am from), just like to eat good steaks once in a while. haha, you can usually find me at the local dirty chinese cafe's in the Monterey Park area for my regular meals out.

the food is excellent there (known for their steaks). they have this starter dish called "bone marrow flan". LOVE IT! the first time i went there, the chef even cooked up a complimentary dish in between our servings. really uppity looking place too (designed by the guy who did up the Getty Center). service from the waiters is top-notch too, but dont expect too much from the host/hostess since they are usually keepin an eye out for the celebs that come in. they also got a person walking around with a tray of various meats, telling you all about it, pretty cool. if you order the porterhouse for 2, they bring out a mini table and have a guy cut it up for you on the spot. they also got a guy going around with a tray filled with various kinds of bread. parking is a **** tho (got to valet, $10 and you have to tip the basturd who drives your lonely japanese car to you). fuqqers couldnt find my low-income suby the first time i went there, hahahah.

i know hehe
i wish i had a breakfast burrito with grease dipping from the bottom drenched in tapitio, a glass overflowing of freshly squeezed OJ, but i would replace the pancakes with waffles gorged with maple syrup and a huge stick of butter sitting on top . oh oh and a roasted corn on the cob
;(
