Install in the IE (riverside)

I have some exhaust parts sitting around that I have been wanting to install for some time now but my lack of a garage has proved detrimental to the cause. Does anyone know any where/any one who does good work at a good price in the area?

I have an uppipe and downpipe to install, plus a thermostat that I have had sitting around forever.

Can you find some big blocks of decent wood? I changed a friend's catback only with some blocks of wood and jack stands. I've also changed my DP with that too.

I've done my DP before, I have a gutted one in there and the midpipe at the moment but that was a while back when I had garage access. I live in an apartment now and it's against the rules to do any sort of automotive work in the parking.
