there isn't any diamond or life plazas up norcal
nor arcade infinity or sticker picture shops
we have roscoes chicken and waffles, pinks hot dogs and a bunch of dirty grubbin chinese restaurants. 24 hour tofu hot pot joints and k-bars open til 4am with soju served to minors
ill give some credit to SF though the OG amoeba music is there but LA has one now... so yeah theres no point in moving.
i admit la sucks but norcal hella sucks

Have you ever making delicate pastries before? Just curious on what you've done and why you want to become a pastry chef. I think pastry chefs have extreme patience, at least the good ones.
To answer your question, no i haven't tried making delicate pastries. I've made alot of cakes and cookies all from scracth. I really enjoy making food for others and its something that i've thought about for a good 2 years before i made up my mind and wanted to do it. Nothing makes me happier than seeing other enjoy the cakes i bake them for their birthdays or when i bake cookies for chirstmas.
