A Walbro fuel pump? What flow rate? Is he getting the Sti hi-flo injectors with it too? No matter how much fuel you try to pump into the engine, doesn't it depend on how "free-flowing" the Fuel Injector is? Is the fuel injector some varible flow injector or is it a fixed rate? Unless the fuel takes some unexpected detour, i'm guessing it gets pumped straight from the tank to the injector via fuel line?

So in other words, the regulator makes sure that a specified flow rate of fuel gets to the injector or at least the flow stays constant to the combustion chamber and the flow rate through the nozzle just depends on which injector you get.
