IB App Non Responsive (Did not get BETA either after email)

IB App Non Responsive (Did not get BETA either after email)
First off, the app doesn't work, doesn't connect. I uninstalled, reinstalled, same problem. I also got contacted by IB that there's a new app coming out, I signed up and a month has gone by without contact.

Really......
