Hello all

just wanted to give a heads up about istoreparts.com. i found their site because they're prices are cheaper; however, i ordered a rear sway bar on july 14th and they just now told me it would not be delivered until aug 3rd. i e-mailed them several times inquiring about my long-lost sway bar and the only time they responded to me was when i just e-mailed them out of sheer frustration about the delay.

now i understand there are some blips in communication from time to time, but they never told me anything until now. i was suprised to get a response from my fairly recent angry-e-mail, and all they had said was that they never received e-mails from me and somehow thought he would make things better by stating that they told me the item would be arriving august 3rd. no explanations, and the person seemed somewhat non-sympathetic when replying. is it just me or is this somewhat rediculous? could be my frustration

 

Prices do look pretty decent. First I have heard of them though.

Just remember that e-mails are "emotionless" it's really hard to get accurate judgement of a sender's feelings. Little over 2 weeks doesn;t seem to, to bad for an order.

They should atleast have responded to your e-mails though. Keep us posted on the order.

I order from i-Club registered vendors whenever possible. See home page for partial list. They reply quickly to email (but as a courtesy, don't bombard them with email every day) and most list both phone numbers and physical addresses, unlike iSTOREPARTS.COM.

I hope your item arrives when promised. Two weeks or so really isn't that bad. Some folks have ordered parts from other non-registered vendors and speak of waiting months!
