Evo9 will be evolution of Evo8 and this one is supposed to be the one after that.

I think the front is ok, but it needs some wide fenders and change the backend. Another thing this is if Mitsubishi stays afloat lol

maybe it's the angle of the picture? it's short & stumpy profile (in that picture) even looks a little like the mini cooper.

looks.... interesting. It probably looks better in rally dressup then the street car does.

Also, are they changing the Lancer platform, or moving the Evo away from the Lancer platform?

Its says Lancer Evolution, but these concept photos look quite a bit like the widely rumored Lancer replacement for the wrc, the Colt.

Hrm looks like a mix of Audi TT, RX-8, SRT-4, I like the agressive font-end of the Evo 7/8, but it isn't bad.
