Weekly Sacramento Saturday Meets - 6pm every Saturday
Here it is, the OFFICIAL, weekly, Saturday Sac Meets thread.
Who: All members here are invited, but bring a guest - a gf/wife, a friend with another car, whatever. If enough of us bring our girlfriends/wife, they can all have their own little significant other, Saturday Sacramento Meets and us guys can stay out later. Maybe we can send them to a restaurant for dinner or something...
Where: We are now meeting in the Raleys parking lot off Natomas Blvd in Natomas. We're out on the side, just past Pick Up Stix.
This location offers:
Raleys, Round Table, Subway, Bella Bru, Pick Up Stix, Carls Jr., Pita Pita, Jamba Juice, Java City and soon more restaurants such as Strings (Italian Cuisine). There's also a Blockbuster Video, Wells Fargo banking center and a Shell gas station (with convenience store).
Edited for new restaurants:
Jacks Urban Eats, Terryaki Time (hopefully soon it will open), Strings, Daphnes Greek Cafe and Camilles cafe.
These retail stores should give us a wide variety of choices for each week.
Directions
When: 6pm, every Saturday night.
A typical meet goes like this:
Show up, meet and talk with every one. We eat between 6:30 and 7:00. Following dinner, we head out either to one of the members homes (usually mine) for postwhoring, movies and games or we go to the go-karts or somewhere else fun. Make sure you show up on time so you don't miss us!
So come out, have fun and learn new things. Every one is friendly and helpful, and we always welcome a new face!
