Powdercoated JBP (like the other STis) by previous owner
When I traded for the wheels, the previous owner wanted to keep his tires and in the process of removing the tires, the lips got some of the powdercoat scuffed off (rash). I can provide better pictures a little later. Might consider other 3pc wheels as well. If you have any other questions please let me know.

If someone were to offer $1700 I'd sell them. I know you probably aren't looking for the stretched tire look, but I'd have to sell everything together.

I'm open to trades to offset the price. Not interested in another set of wheels or engine/performance parts unless it's an accessport. Mostly interested in exterior and interior parts. Bride seats, interior pieces, front lips, side skirts, rear diffusers, HID headlights, sti trunk with spoiler (DGM is preferred color), Brembos, etc.
