complete Spec-C-RA 6-spd tranny swap -ONLY $4k-

JDM Version 7 STI Spec C-RA transmission approx 25k miles. Sorry, I'm selling it as a kit and not willing to part it out.

Type RA gears (3850 rpm at 80 mph in 6th and it's totally reasonable every day)
50/50 torque split front to rear (non DCCD)
factory limited slip front differential
R180 factory limited slip rear differential
STI rear Brembo brakes with hubs complete
STI driveshaft and rear axels
Front axle adapters for use with stock WRX axles

This is a complete kit ready to swap into a WRX. It came out of my 02 Wagon after the engine blew. It includes alot of extras:

Act six puck clutch with only 4k miles on it (never been tracked)
Act streetlight flywheel (same)
Cobb tuning double adjustable short throw shifter with hard bushings
Kartboy rear shifter bushing
Group N tranny mount

It's just taking up space now in my garage. Someone please use it. I've never seen or heard of a better swap for the WRX. It genuinely feels tough and can easily handle 500awhp every day. I was only running 295awhp. I know alot about these cars and this setup so feel free to ask questions. I'm not willing to ship it due to the size of it... Too much hassle. Pickup in Willow Glen (west San Jose)

ONLY $4000! Willing to trade for a nice sportbike or big dualsport. prefer Honda or Yamaha

Bump...

I can't believe no one is jumping on this at this price. C'mon I know you want it. It's a shame to let such a sick setup go un-used. Did I mention I'll trade for a motorcycle?

If no one bites, sit on it. Your price is good. It's a high dollar item that is going to take a certain buyer.

Thanks for the kind words guys. I've been trying to sell this setup for a while now. A while back I actually turned down a couple offers at $4500... There was a time a couple years ago when this would have been closer to $6k, but that day is gone. Now I figure I would price it cheap enough that someone would go crazy scraping together the money for it. I sold my Wagon on CL in five hours and this is all I've got left of my Suby life... time to move on. Kinda sad really.

Not just that but I think his stock setup could be perfect in my '95 L... Hmm. What's all that worth? We could do the work at my place too - have 2 Subies lined up for clutch work already ('05 L-GT, '02 WRX) and mine is cryin' and dyin'.

Such an awesome setup!! I would grab it if I had the $$. Someone else should grab it for their WRX and sell me all their WRX parts to offset the cost.

This setup doesn't come with front STI brakes. It adapts to the stock wrx front axels, hubs and brakes. I'm worried about parting it out. If it's not complete it's going to be that much harder to sell. Sorry, but I'm not ready to start letting go of pieces yet. It's been hard enough to find a buyer.

Still in disbelief that no one's jumped on this.....must be hard times out there. I hope things turn around for you my Impreza friends.
