Heading to the State Ref *sigh*

Hey Guys,

About 2 weeks ago I got pulled over by CHP for speeding and modified emissions. Now I have to convert some power mods back to stock (luckily I never got pass stage 2) and head to the state ref to get it signed off.

Removing the catted downpipe and cat-back is a piece of cake. The only thing I'm concerned about is my Hallman Manual Boost Controller, and switch back to the stock 2 port solenoid. Has anyone had any experience replacing these? I had Ed from EQtuning install this for me, so I have no idea how difficult it'll be to switch back.

Thanks,

Jon

Look up the install instructions on Hallman's website and do the reverse.

You cant just switch back to the stock EBCS without any tuning.

im eq tuned with a mbc of course. just had the stupid state refs smog my car.(all over not havin a carb sticker for my cold air) i passed with my ecu protuned. i put the stock dp and exhaust on of course. i just ran off wastegate boost... just disconnect the hallman and just run the boost line from the iwg to the turbo nipple. if this is the route you take do not run the car hard on wastegate boost, baby it

well, the officer reffed me to modified emissions 25716(b) (illegal polluter?? wth...) as for the cb it's a fujitsubo power getter with a helix catted dp

and as for putting the stock ebc back on, i hope i can just put that on and do a quick stock flash on the ap. i will change it back when i get this over with
