2003 PPIHC I-Club Meet and Greet, Colorado Springs

was hoping to get this stickied, but need to start the RSVP process so here goes:

2003 PPIHC I-Club Meet and Greet

Heuberger Motors and Subaru of America are once again planning our 2nd gathering... Like last year, we are hosting the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb and I-Club of meet and greet.

Friday June 27th, 2003 @ Heuberger Motors
2pm - 8pm, dinner starts at 6pm

Like last year, we are planning on having a BBQ during the afternoon, a VIP I-Club only catered dinner starting at 6pm, Subaru Rally Team meet and greet w/ autograph session, car show with prizes, special Rally only event gear on sale form Subaru, Rally Team vehicles on display as well as other vehicles (I'll even get Gunnar to drag his 22b out), event t-shirts, cost plus 10% plus tax on any item in our parts department (parts price good 05/19 - 06/30/03), and much more. While we welcome everyone, the car show is SUBARU ONLY, any non-Subaru vehicles will not be allowed in the Subaru display area.

Saturday June 28th, 2003
5am - race close @ Pikes Peak International Hill Climb starting line

Similar to last year we will have a VIP tent at the start line with free snacks and most importantly lots of free water. The tent will have room for the Subaru Rally Team vehicles to stage under, as well as direct live racing feed.

Everything we are doing is FREE, but we are not providing Hill Climb tickets, so if you need some please let me know the number in the RSVP and we will be sure to have some available for purchase when you come to the Friday event. The I-Club only dinner will include an event T-shirt (last year we did a yellow T-shirt with the Subaru rally Team, Heuberger Motors, and I-Club logo's). We encourage you to bring your friends and family

Hill Climb tickets will be available for purchase.

Like last year, I need RSVP's. If you are planning on attending please email me with the number of people your party will include, your contact information (name, city, state for yourself and each person you are bringing), number of Hill Climb tickets needed, and if you will be attending the private dinner: johna@hmtrs.com

Were very excited as well. Everything so far is going smooth, with well over 100 RSVP's.
Hill Climb tickets are $35.00, and I have a stack of them for purchase at our event on Friday.

I'm moving into Denver the 27th, and I will be just arriving. I'm pretty sure I won't be able to make it, but if by chance I can make it, would it be catastrophic if I hadn't RSVPed?

Rally America will be at the Pike's Peak Hillclimb Thursday through Saturday, doing our normal online updates of the SCCA Rally classes on the Hill. We'll also be stopping in at Heuberger Motors - satellite gods willing - to do updates from the show. If you're tehre, stop by the big white truck and say hello. If not, catch our act at WWW.RALLY-AMERICA.COM.

Thumbs up

Wanted to thank everyone who help put on this awesom meet. I had a great time and enjoyed seeing all the sick rides out there. It was nice to see the out-of-state guys too. Enjoyed the cars, food, peeps, & prizes.

Thanks for the autographed hood scoop! Don't worry, you will NEVER see it on E-Bay.

Talking so envious

Hey Todd I am so envious of you man. I was also at the meet at Heuberger. During dinner I sat next to people who won prizes twice! And I didnt win a thing! But enough crying. Congratulation on your signed WRC hood scoop. I had such a great time seeing other Subaru owners and their vehicles. I'm looking forward to next years get together. Also special thanks to all the people who helped put this meeting together, great jobs guys! Also to all the WRC drivers who signed autographs. Peace.

Thanks, sorry you didn't get a chance to win anything. You did get a t-shirt and license bracket didn't you? It was an awesome meet. I already have a spot for the scoop to hang.
