Thanks to the vendors, we've cut the entrance fee to $5 if you pay in advance.

It's crucial to know how many people (ball park figure at least) we're going to have so we can buy x amount of food.

This year will be Pizza, bbq, and snacks (all sorts of good stuff via Costco)

The event is on August 26th, and will start at 12:00pm. The location is at Joseph D Grant Park, about 8 miles up Mt Hamilton Road. The address is:

If you decided to come and pay at the door, the fee is $10 as normal, the $5 is ONLY for people who are pre-paying.
