Need a Part for TEIN Hood Dampers... Help?

Need a Part for TEIN Hood Dampers... Help?
I was was transfering hood dampers from one car to another and previous owner applied Threadlock to the Bolt with ball. The one that bolts into Fender Rail.
So I was trying to unscrew it carefully and it SNAPED.
Now I am not sure If I can get Just one bolt or at least a Pair of them from anyone.
Any one know where I can get just that one bolt?
Help Please.
