Can anyone help me identify these?
Hello all,
I am looking at buying a 2002 WRX from a dealer lot. It has the wheels in the link below which I haven't been able to identify yet. They are 17" wheels. I am also wondering if the exhaust in the rear pic is stock, and if not can someone identify that too?
I'm just wondering if the 17" wheels might be some cheap heavy ones that will really affect its driving. One of the front Nitto tires has a screw in it so I'll probably have to replace those. The car doesn't have the original 16" rims with it so I guess I'm stuck with 17's if I buy it.
If there is anything else non-stock that people can identify that would be great. I just want to make sure I have an idea of what I am buying.
Thanks for your time and help everyone.

Car Info: 02 Impreza WRX sedan
Trunk lid has been partially de-badged (Subaru lettering), exhaust has been modified (factory has dual tips), no front plate.
I don't recognize the wheels on the car. IMO, they look cheap and heavy.
Any pics of underhood shots? Might be able to spot more mods.

The headlights are not stock either (they have those eyelid thingies on them).
Um, may I ask what that dealer is asking for on that car? It looks like it was modded by someone uninformed, and you might be buying some serious problems for not much less than a stock WRX would cost.

Dealer wants $16.9 for it, but I wasn't planning on paying that. It also has a K&N air filter, but that's all I can tell as far as engine mods.
I'm kind of thinking of steering clear of this one at the moment. I have no clue what the exhaust is on it either.
Thanks again guys,
epoth

Ask the dealership for the phone # of the previous owner. Don't let the "we got it at auction" line fool you. They know who the previous owner was by the title.
So get the # and call the owner to get your questions anwered.
