For those who wanna run 12's with reliability and play nice on the streets????

HERE is a complete list of tuner/vendors performance packages.

Asking who has the best packages is like asking "which exhaust is the best?". There is no right or wrong answer. You've got to choose what is best for you. There are plenty of things to consider:
- Price
- quality
- sound
- reliability
- looks

Mods for the most part are just personal preference. I'd say go with what ever the closest tuner is to you. That way if you have problems you can go to them. If your going to do all the work yourself them get as educated as possible before doing anything.
