Wtt 04 Wrx Headlights For 05

like the title says I have stock 04 wrx headlights and want to swap it for 05 headlights. Located in fairfield but work in millbrae so can swap whenever.

you know that the 04 headlights dont sit perfectly flush at the bottom on 05's.. so i would think it would be the same vice versa

I don't think that is true, I had 04 STI Headlights on My05 and it fit perfectly.

Yea, your car would look good with 05 Headlights, if you can't get a pair you should paint them!

Its simple enough paint the reflector surrounds gunmetal like the 05 housing. I suggest using duplicolor gunmetal wheel paint, and while you are at it you can take out the reflectors. Clearing the lights is very easy

Remove lights
Remove all screws around the edge of the light
place light in oven at 250 for 10-15 minutes
use screw driver to pry housing apart
Pull out the refelctor surround, sand it, clean it, primer it, and spray it with gunmetal

Lots of DIY write ups on scooby-mods and ****-****

so it's actually gunmetal and not black? Hmm good to know I always thought the 05 headlights were black...ok thanks for the advice and oh yeah KOP!!!
