Does it "have" to be an N1, or N1 type cannister?
On EBAY there are a lot of these type of cannisters and work pretty good,..Just make sure you get one that has an 3" or 3.5" inlet so that if you have 3" exhaust pipes, you dont have to go smaller into the inlet of the N1 cannister,..
Should be like $60-$70 shipped to Hawaii for the 3" inlet with like 4" outlet pipe,..

yeah i saw those but i heard that replica's for exhausts don't sound too good. i've seen some "N1 Style" exhaust on eBay for like $10. Not too sure it makes a difference or not with performance. There's like at least a $350 difference between the real N1 and the N1 style.

I think that the only difference is whether the welds are good and how they look,..Also look for pics of the baffles in side the cannister if they got and make sure that it "flat" and not the "raised" kind like you see on cheese graters,..
I had a 3" inlet N1 type on my Mitsu GSX and it sounded good,..exhaust sound is sound,..dont know how it can sound bad,..
