bad food that causes diarrhea is hard to make if you have fresh ingredient. That does not make any sense at all. What I mean to say is even if you drink a peanut butter - tomato and anchovies shake, while they're all at its freshest state, it's hard to get diarrhea. On the other hand, any rotten mixture will do more than digestive discomfort.
