~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Meeting at 9AM
Starbucks
6356 Commerce Blvd.
Rohnert Park CA, 949282404
We値l start out in Rohnert park (somebody up that way want to suggest a meeting spot?) and use Sonoma Mtn Road to get over to the Sonoma Valley, where we値l catch Trinity Rd and Oakville Grade into Napa Valley.
Then we値l take 128/Sage Canyon up to take Lower Chiles Valley- Pope Valley roads to Pope Canyon.
Then we値l visit Lake Berryessa痴 east side heading SE along Knoxville road.
Where we re-encounter 128 we値l turn Left and take it to 121, Monticello Rd, which will take us back into Napa.
From Napa we値l take a few of the main and backroads back over to Petaluma.
Total distance should be about 120 miles, with a few snack and fuel breaks, maybe a winery someplace- we値l probably take about 5-6 hours max, so if we start out around 9AM everyone should have plenty of time to get ready for their afternoon-evening plans.
should be fun!
Depending on the time of the drive (I'm off work at 11am, work is in Fremont), I could possibly make it. The only other hold up might be my steering rack being replaced (parts ordered Monday, 3-5 days for delivery, 1 full day for install). My guess is I'll be good to go (with or without the new rack, without just means some memory steer).
We might be there. It depends on if we are going to drive like a bunch of grannys...
...like Rich.
(Rich drives like Petter's granny...especially on Trinity Road...lol)
funny I just saw this. PlatNmRex, Duo, and myself have been planning a berryessa/napa run this weekend as well... I was going to just ride along since I just swapped to my winter rims/tires, but if this is going to be a full on drive, I might just have to swap back to the s03's. BTW.... no granny driving out of us... what's the pace going to be like for you guys? .... I know David likes to maul here and there, not sure about the rest of you guys. Hopefully we can all meet up.
I'm sure we can set the group up to match everyone's driving tastes.
