I always download them via torrent regardless. That way you get the full two hours of coverage (1/2 hour preview plus 1/2 hour of coverage per day for three days). The HD Theater coverage is only a condensed hour of coverage Don't get me wrong, I LOVE the fact that they show it and I DVR it as well

And they still have the 1hr recap which airs a few days later.

 

I happened to catch the 2009 season a few months ago on HDT, but it must have been a replay, since the regular Rally season appears to start in February. Found the schedule for last year here, and the current season here. For some reason, HDT played only one rally per week, with replays of the same rally & the recap throughout the week. I'll have to set my DVR to watch this season closer to real-time. Thanks for the heads-up.

 

Good to know we'll be getting the same coverage they're getting in Europe. I'd been disappointed by the condensed versions we were getting on Discover HD Theater. The only problem now is that it's not showing the weekend of the event. I can't wait that long
