For 02-03 wrx, any color will do but wrb would be cool. I don't need the scoop on the hood. Can meet up or even pick up wherever in the central/sac/bay areas. They are more than likely going to be resprayed so the condition doesnt have to be perfect. I would like the bumper to be in good condition without any broken tabs or clips or big scrapes.
