My First Subie

She's a 2002 Impreza Wrx with 89,000 miles. The only mod is a full exhaust (up pipe, down pipe, cat back). First things first: save up to replace the timing belt, water pump, pulleys, head gasket, and a good tube up. Then bring on the mods!

Eastern Washington State. We love subarus up here. They crawl through the snow better than most SUVs.

Stock box. Or mod it to make it a short ram if your dead set on an intake. I did. Makes a considerable sound difference and didnt effect my tune because I use the stock maf housing.
