They're stock STI/WRX foglight covers but have the Varis Brake Duct/Vent Cover (sorry can't remember the exact name, I'm sure froggy does ) on top of the cover.

Those are stock STi fog light covers with Varis duct inlets. In order to install the Varis inlets, you have to drill/cut the stock covers and rivet the inlets on. It's kind of a pain, actually, considering there are a lot of other options out there. I just thought I might as well stick with the overall Varis theme. You should be able to get them from Bulletproof Auto, Fizz, Japanparts, or any other place that can order Varis parts.

The driver's side inlet feeds air to my oil cooler; the passenger side goes into some ducting that leads up to my intake. You could also use these as brake ducts. Good luck!
