what rear lips are those? and do they make something similar but goes all the way across the bumper? (so its a full rear lip)

Custom color my homie jus threw together, ha. Its a tri-stage though, i guess u could say its a gunmetal wit a ghost blue pearl, cant really see the hint of blue unless in the sun. It used to be silver
