Two more days, then back in the office for two days, then weekend, then LA-LA Land next week.
Anyone know a good HVAC outfit? Our ducts need cleaning and the company we used to go to is no longer in existence.

Quantum Mechanics: mind **** with the math to back it up.
The common misconception of "Schrodinger's Cat" is that Schrodinger posed it to support the Copenhagen Interpretation when really it was to mock it. While the Copenhagen Interpretation holds water for subatomic particles and the simultaneous superposition of multiple quantum states, a cat, most decidedly, is a much larger system and cannot be treated as a particle. I don't think Schrodinger's gedanken experiment, vis-a-vis the cat in the box, is as monumental in Quantum Mechanics as popular culture has heralded it to be. I place it in the same category, with regard to popularity, as icanhascheezburger in that it has cats.
You want to get into the real voodoo of QM, read up on quantum entanglement. To quote my instructor for that lecture, "It's really ****ing weird."
