When I switched cubicles, a grand total of 15 feet away, I was told that I needed to submit a remedy ticket to move my computer and printer. I have a laptop on a dock and a non-network USB printer that plugs into the dock. Whatever. So I submit a remedy ticket. After 3 days, I got fed up, moved everything and got set up on my own. Sweatpants and Crocs from IT finally shows up for another issue in another cubicle, sees the workstation has been moved and tells me that everything needs to be put back until they can come move it. I ignored him. 3 days later, I get an email saying my remedy ticket has been abandoned because, "An IT tech arrived at cubicle 72.5.115 and noted that there was no workstation to be relocated."
