Its really just the ending... it is kinda sad but at the same time a really nice tribute to Paul.

After watching the first one who would have thought 15 or so years later we'd be sitting watching the 7th movie and having to recognizing one of the main actors passing.

Oh I agree, I guess it's just more of a matter that I never thought they'd turn the original movie into a multiple movie franchise that has had a ridiculous number of outrages twists and some how still tying the story together.
