You shouldn't be tired or fatigued after being on track. You're doing more work than you need to do. Instead of working with the car and giving it inputs it can handle, you're wrestling with it to get it to do what you want. Think of like holding a bird. You want to hold it tight enough so it doesn't fly away, but not so tight that you kill it. In this example, squeezing the **** out of the bird also takes more energy and will make you tired.
