Yup, if I close the door it will go over 80 degrees in about 10 minutes. When I came in my thermometer showed 70 degrees it's now showing 77.7

I wasn't going to sleep anymore, and I decided I could eat my breakfast make coffee first thing and be undisturbed for about 15-20 minutes. Also got an idea parking spot since I don't like having to park out in the sun etc etc.

So pretty sure the spec.B will be gone by the end of the week... I thought I had listed it high enough to make it take longer, but I guess people who really want a good spec.B are willing to pay for it.

I have no idea what so ever about what I'm going to do after it sells.
