Actually fired-fired? Like tenure revoked, employment completely terminated and pension disallowed? Or "fired", put on paid leave and then quietly reassigned to a different school/district (a la Catholic church )? Select individual cases are not always representative of a general system trend. Anyway, just like motor oil, this is another topic that always starts online wars I shall

Yeah, he was fired-fired and had all of his creds revoked. It was a big deal since nobody really expected him to snap like that.

There is so much that plays into that like the socioeconomic status of the community, the funding from the district, how badly the kids actually want to be at school, and how much the teachers actually give a ****.
