BAM XV: Sacramento Caravan
Ok so like the last year, and the year before, and the one before that annnnd that annnnnnnnd that annnnnnnnnnnnnd that.... Im putting together a Sac caravan for BAM. It has ran smoothly every time and continues to get larger each year.

Prepay Info: (Saves you time, money, and the event coordinators stress)
COST:
PREPAY: $10 per person (PREPAY DEADLINE TBA.)
Kids under 13 fly free.
Prepays are being accepted now at baicbamevent@gmail.com *** SEND IT AS A GIFT PLEASE!!!!! *** . So your paypal payment must include... who you are, so I'll need your real name AND your screen name along with how many you are prepaying for. Your name will end up on a form with all of your info and what you're getting. Show up. Find your name. Get your stuff. Enter event.
This includes your wrist band for the event which gets you in and gets you your food and drinks. It will also include 1 raffle ticket ($2 value).
The big benefit of prepaying for us is that we can afford to buy food for everyone and we know how much food to buy. I do not want to end up short and I do not want to end up with $500 in food in the trash. The big benefit for you guys is this....
AT THE DOOR: $20 per person
Why so much more you say? Because. Expenses rise when you have to run out in the middle of an event to dig up food for 100 people that didn't prepay but expect food. We can't guarantee you food if you don't prepay but knowing me and my crew we'll bend over backwards to take care of you... meaning 2 of my guys will have to leave the event to go buy more food. Accurate head count helps EVERYONE. And secondly... this is a charity event. ALL profits go to charity. So that extra $10 will not just be going in my pocket.
You also do not get the free raffle ticket and other free stuff I dig up to give the prepays... In essence.... you prepay... you save yourself $13 and you save us some stress.
FOOD:
Standard BBQ. Burgers. Veggie Patties and probably another Veggie option. Dogs. Water. Soda. Cookies. Chips. Basics. Nothing crazy. We will have 3 eat times to be announced. Your wrist bands will tell you when to eat.
VEHICLE PARKING and PARK COSTS:
We can not help these. We are using state parks and they have their own fees. We can not roll all costs together with the size and style of BAM.
-Please bring CASH for any of the following:
* $5 - $7 for parking + dog
* $20 if you do not buy a prepaid ticket
* $5 for toll booth (on the way home)
* $$ to purchase raffle tickets
* $$ you would just like to donate to the charity
RULES:
There is a ZERO tolerance for bad driving. We do not need any extra negative attention to our cars driving 2 hours away. We will be in a large group and will already stand out.
-No revving your motors
-No crazy/irresponsible/asshat driving
We have not had any problems in the past and lets keep it that way. If you cause any problems, you will not be invited back the following year.
Please come with a FULL TANK OF GAS! We are not going to make any stops on the way.
Also check your fluids, belts, tires ect. Again, no driving crazy.
