Yeah, but it's not that tough to swap 'em out. I did it for the '06 tails and I have an '05. Both of us were happy with the results ~ but you can save some grief by a 'heads up' on what to expect!

They are NOT, even if you see alot of swaps (at least in the wagons). They are different wire harnesses.

You have to hard wire the correct wires to your 'new' taillights (both parties). I have an '05 and swapped for the '06's. It is not that tough, but as he said. It is NOT 'plug and play. Will take solderless connectors and some time a 12vlt test light (or mark your wires BEFORE you cut them to what they go to).

crap! wouldnt it be esier to just take the light bulbs out of the old lights and stick them into the new lights in the appropriate location? (in other words, keep the originial wire harness)

Hey man, in the words of Ali G, MAD RESPECT. Seriously, I know most people here are too lazy to install anything themselves, so they take it to the local tuning shop who charges them 100$/hour labor, you did it from you wheelchair! That's really cool man, I saw how you have that lever for the gas pedal, that's rad. The only thing I would say to do to your car, is take off the roof racks, that would make it look pretty good I think.
