SUBIESPORT Magazine: 2005 2.5RS

We'll be taking this zero-option 2005 2.5RS and doing what we can to make it out-perform a stock STi with an all-engine build-up. We'll also use it as a product test bed for some upcoming shoot-outs.

Step one: handling

Parts: H&R Coil-overs, IPD adjustable rear sway bar, Konig 17" Wheels, Hankook performance tires...and...?

If all goes well, and everything arrives, you'll see these parts go on the RS--including our thoughts on them--in issue number one of SUBIESPORT Magazine.

We want to see how it handles with the above gear before moving on to refinements.

Looks good! Taking the mud flaps off helped a ton too.

Wow, looks great. Keep us updated on this project. I am really interested as on my forester I would like to stay NA for as long as possible.

I'd be very interested to see performance figures (skidpad, braking, etc) after each set of mods... any avalable so far?

It is almost sad to see this project, many have come before you my friend, and have a diffucult and expensive time. Shiv, RallySport, there were a couple of more, turbo, super, NA, all have tried. Even imprezer tried years ago with the turkmen, but it was not meant to be. It is ok, enjoy.
