Any condition, as long as it can be installed and used for around 40 miles whilst I pass state ref

I have a tf03. Tiny oem sg5 forester turbo. You can have it for 20 bucks. Dunno if that's close enough to a td04 for the state ref.

A jdm forester sg5. Looks like a td04. But the serial number says tf03, the exhaust wheel is smaller.
