No, but my understanding after some research is when Subaru had Prodrive work with them on the P1 (Prodrive 1) which ran the FHI 4 Pot/2 Pot brake setup Prodrive and Alcon designed these to be optional brake upgrade for that car and thus the optimal rear brake setup was the FHI 2 pots from JDM/EDM cars or the USDM 06/07 WRX. When I called Alcon to order up a rebuild kit for my set the customer service rep said the calipers never went through a design change or update, but he was a salesman and not an engineer ultimately so take that with a grain of salt but I sure love the Prodrive/FHI 2Pot combo for AutoX and Trackday abuse. I keep checking this thread hoping someone will pick these beauties up before I finally bite the bullet on a second pair...GLWS

Would it be way to easy to just swap the rotor top hat to 5x114 one?

I have also known people to re-drill wheels and rotors, but you better be 11ntyBillion% confident in your machine shop's ability.

I am drawing a blank whether caliper mounting would be any different between 5x100 and 5x114 models...

You would have to redrill them or order new hats from Godspeed.
