Do I need an open source tune with my 207? Or can I still use my V1 AP?

If you're using the JDM ECU, you'll need to go open source.

I have an 02 bugeye with like 60k on the motor. I have (not installed yet) vf34, pinks, JDM Sti topmount, perrin inlet, (installed)catless UP, walbro, and STi exhaust. what kinda power could I get with that combo and a basic map?

A base map will usually do about 250-260whp with that setup while a complete custom tune will get you to around the 275-280whp range.

Thanks

Get a catted downpipe and a resonated cat-back. The stock exhaust components are too restrictive.

The catback will definitely make some gains, but its up to you if the gains are worth the noise. Check out the MadDad whisper as its one of the quietest out there.
