Considering going back to subaru
Hi all
I had a 05 sti for about 3 years with basic bolt ons (turbo back, equal length headers, cold air intake and a tune) that put down if I recall about 280whp and 320tq. Could be a bit off, but I haven't had the car in 7 years? Ended up getting rid of it due to getting into bikes.
Anyways ive been a big fan of the hatchbacks that came out in 08-14. I've been in a couple 15 sti's and it seems like a really solid car and I am getting the itch to go back.
I haven't been following them too much since I got rid of mine so is there anyone who can give me an idea what has changed? How moddable are the new ones? I realize this is very broad, but maybe some of you have upgraded and can give me some insight.
As far as what year I would be looking at, probably wouldn't be for about a year and possibly new. I wish they still had the hatch, but that 2015 model is growing on me.
Thank you
