Car Info: '02 WRX TurboXS Stage 4

VA Emissions Inspection

Has any one tried to get their WRX to pass emissions with a TurboXS exhaust? I don't even know if they do a sniffer test on these cars. I have a cell mod that is not on the car but will that be enough? I will keep the car idling until as long as possible to keep the cats warm. My setup is the "stealth" and I can always put the original exhaust back on but I don't want to. I will have a TurboXS utec soon, can I load a map that will allow me to pass emissions without potentially damaging the car, something just for the test? All knowledgeable info will be appreciated.

You should be fine. My RS-T with a Link passed in July.

As far as the UTEC, there's an option to have the stock map loaded, so I wouldn't worry about that either.
