T-WRX66

So I have an intermittent problem with what I assume is a relay tied to the low tire pressure indicator. It happens on start up. It is coming from above the hood pop, and below the instrument cluster on the left side of the steering wheel. I took it to the dealer and they said they could do nothing since they could not duplicate the sound. I even took a video and showed them and still nothing. I will embed the link to the video here.. Has anyone had this issue? Please let me know before I go tearing into things.
