Have you ever thought about the fact that it's one of the rare colors they made for those years? And the fact that it was only driven an average of 4600 miles a year? Plus all the mods he has on it, maybe he has a reason why he's asking what he is.

People also need to realize that he put OBO. Thats OR BEST OFFER to anyone that doesn't understand. He's willing to work on the price. No one has even had the courage to offer anything. Just throw him an offer and the worst he can say is no.

Mods don't really add price to cars, because you made the car your way does not mean someone else wants that stuff. Also says nothing about maintenance like timing belt (yes even if it has not hit 100k still needs to be done), plugs, oil ect....

Its not a rare color, if it said sonic/blaze yellow or sedona red then yes. The black is about on par with aspen white...

People understand obo... but like Bushflyr said not double.

I refrained from saying anything initially, but I concur.

To put your price in perspective, you are close to what I sold my 02 wagon with full suspension rebuild ( every, single, piece. ) and a v8 ej207 w/ supporting mods. Unfortunately, I too did not get what "I felt" my car was worth, but them's the breaks when selling something, its a buyers market, and I'm not complaining.
